  1. The product. "The First 30 Days: Puppy Survival Protocol" (the "Product") is a digital PDF published by 2 AM Press ("we," "us"). Purchases are processed by Gumroad, Inc., acting as merchant of record; Gumroad's own terms and privacy policy also apply to the transaction.
  2. License. Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, store, and print the Product for use within your household. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, sublicense, or use the Product to create derivative products for sale. All copyright remains with 2 AM Press.
  3. Educational nature. The Product is educational information for general audiences. It is not veterinary medicine, medical advice, professional dog-training services, or mental-health care, and does not create any professional–client relationship. See the Disclaimer, incorporated into these Terms.
  4. No outcome guarantee. Every puppy, household, and owner differs. We make no representation that any specific behavioral, sleep, or training outcome will occur.
  5. Refunds. Governed by the Refund Policy.
  6. Updates. We may revise the Product; buyers receive updated files through their Gumroad library at no charge for Volume One.
  7. Acceptable use. You agree not to use the Product's content to promote punishment-based, fear-based, or dominance-based animal handling as endorsed by 2 AM Press.
  8. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2 AM Press's total liability for any claim relating to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including injury, property damage, veterinary costs, or training costs.
  9. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

This guide offers general education and organizational tools for new puppy owners, based on humane, positive-reinforcement principles. It is not veterinary advice, medical advice, or professional behavioral therapy, and it does not replace your veterinarian, a certified dog trainer (CPDT-KA, IAABC), or a veterinary behaviorist. Every puppy is an individual; results vary with every puppy, household, and owner, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. If your puppy shows signs of illness or injury, contact your veterinarian.
