If you're not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, email support@2amwithapuppy.com from your purchase email, or use Gumroad's refund request, and we'll refund 100% of the price to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within a few business days by Gumroad.
We may decline refunds only in cases of demonstrable abuse (e.g., repeat purchase-refund cycles of the same product). Refunding does not require deleting your feelings about puppies; it does require ceasing distribution of the file.
Delivery is instant and automatic via Gumroad upon successful payment: a receipt email with a download link, plus permanent access at gumroad.com/library under your purchase email. Non-receipt is almost always a typo'd email or spam filtering — contact support@2amwithapuppy.com with your purchase name/email and we'll restore access within 24 hours.
