What we collect:
(a) Purchase data — collected and processed by Gumroad as merchant of record (name, email, payment details; we see name, email, country, and purchase record, never full card data).
(b) Email-list data — if you download the free 2 AM Survival Kit or opt in, we store your email with our email provider [FILL IN ESP NAME] to send the content you requested plus related emails; unsubscribe links are in every email.
(c) Analytics — our landing page uses Meta Pixel to measure ads and traffic; this may use cookies/identifiers.
(d) Support emails — retained to help you.
What we don't do: sell your data; send email without consent; store payment card numbers.
Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors): contract (delivering your purchase), consent (marketing emails, non-essential cookies), legitimate interest (support, fraud prevention).
Your rights: access, correction, deletion, unsubscribe — email support@2amwithapuppy.com. EU/UK users may also complain to their local authority.
